General Conditions Contract
This contract is a distance contract in accordance with Article 50 et seq.Del D.Lgs.6 September 2005 n.206 (Consumer Code). The contract has as its object the sale of goods between the company C’ERA UNA VOLTA DI GRANDESSO SERENA and the consumer (the customer). The contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by the Customer of a purchase proposal issued by telephone or via the Internet following the invitation to offer contained in the site.
Conditions of Sale
Purchases of the products, available as illustrated and described online in the relevant descriptive and technical sheets, are made by the customer at the price indicated on the site, at the time of the submission of the order confirmation, plus transportation costs, as displayed at the time of purchase. Prior to confirmation of the purchase to the customer, the unit cost of each product chosen, the total cost in the case of more ‘products and the relevant transport costs and in case the prices are net of VAT the total of VAT will be summarized.
Delivery Products
Products purchased will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer. Always indicate a telephone number for any communications or fax or email.( delivery time within 10/working days).
The customer is required to verify that the package is intact and undamaged. Only after such verification the customer must accept the delivery.
In the event that the package represents visual anomalies with respect to the above asserted, the customer must raise the objection directly to the carrier, do not pick up the goods and send an email through the site or a fax to C’ERA UNA VOLTA DI GRANDESSO SERENA
Methods of Payment
The payment of the purchased products and the related shipping costs must be made by the customer when submitting the order confirmation by using one of the credit cards, cash on delivery or bank transfer indicated online.
ATTENTION : The charge to the account is made at the time of the order in the case of purchase by credit card. In the case of Bank Transfer or Check/Money Order we will proceed with the delivery of the material once we receive the credit.
Product Warranty
1)All products marketed by C’ERA UNA VOLTA DI GRANDESSO SERENA are covered by the conventional warranty of 24 months for defects of conformity, according to DLgs n. 24/02. In order to benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice (or the DDT) that he/she will receive together with the purchased goods. The Customer will always be able to download the invoices for his purchases from the site by accessing the reserved area.
2) The guarantee of 24 months in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24/02 applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that the same is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use and as provided in the attached documentation. This guarantee, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24/92, is reserved only for the private Consumer (a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating in the order form a reference to VAT). In case of lack of conformity,
C’ERA UNA VOLTA DI GRANDESSO SERENA provides, without cost to the Customer, the restoration of conformity of the product by replacement or reduction of the price, until the termination of the contract. If it does not result in a lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any verification costs, as well as transportation costs if incurred by C’ERA UNA VOLTA DI GRANDESSO SERENA
3) In the event that, for any C’ERA UNA VOLTA DI GRANDESSO SERENA is not able to replace a product under warranty (restored or replaced), it may proceed, with the consent of the Customer, to the replacement of the product itself (if still in the price list) or with another of equal characteristics and value or, finally, to the issuance of a discount voucher of equal amount expendable on another product valid for 6 months from the time of issue.
4) No damages can be claimed from C’ERA UNA VOLTA DI GRANDESSO SERENA for any delays in the replacement of products under warranty.
5) In cases where the application of warranties provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts; to limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, when possible, to put it in a second box; it should be avoided in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product.
